How can you make Mail in Leopard delete messages

Mail refuses to delete messages from one of my pop3 mailboxes. You can't drag a message into Trash or even into another folder, without it reappearing in the Inbox - it's bizarre. In my other other Pop3 accounts it all works fine.
Does anyone have a fix?

Another user posted the following solution in another thread and it cleared up the issue for me! Hope this works for you too!

1. In Mail, open Preferences from the 'Mail' menu.
2. Click on 'Accounts.'
3. Click on the account the Draft is saved under (to find this out, open the draft and see what account your using <-- for multi-account users only).
4. Click on the 'Mailbox Behaviors' tab.
5. Uncheck the box "Move deleted messages to a separate folder."
6. Close Preferences and click 'Save.'
7. Delete your message. (If you want, go back and follow steps 1-4, then check the 'Move deleted messages' box again).
