Microsoft Word for Mac, how to translate text from one language to another

Is there a way to write text in English, highlight it and convert/translate it into Spanish (or other language) in Microsoft Word for Mac? I use a new MacBook Pro. Thanks

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.10), 17 in.

Not within Word as far as I'm aware, you can copy paste the text into one of these sites though ...
