iPhone Speaker Balance?

I couldn't find the setting however is there a speaker balance on the iPhone? I notice when im using the iPod feature the left speaker is louder than the right. Anyone else had this happen?

PC, Windows XP, iPod Nano iPhone 8GB

The iPhone has a single speaker.

The other that looks identical is the microphone.

This was the iPod feature on the iPhone being used without the headphones i thought there was two speakers its makes sense that one is the microphone i thought they were both speakers on the bottom of the phone.
