Tx/Rx Speeds

I had an application/plug-in in my old MacBook that showed the Tx/Rx (transferring and receiving) while i was online. The speed was shown by the clock (top right corner of the screen)in a green colored font. It was nice to see how fast or how slow my internet was going. I forgot what the plug-in was.

Anyone have any idea. It would be nice to have that app back. I had got the link for it here in these discussion forums about a yr ago. I have tried to get it again but no luck yet.
