Volume Logic claims to have a Leopard fix:
http://www.volumelogic.com/leopard.html
-Close iTunes if open
-Open Terminal: Applications/Utilities/Terminal
-Copy and paste the following
cd /usr/lib
sudo cp libcrypto.0.9.dylib libcrypto.0.9.dylib.old
sudo cp libssl.0.9.dylib libssl.0.9.dylib.old
sudo ln -sf libcrypto.0.9.7.dylib libcrypto.0.9.dylib
sudo ln -sf libssl.0.9.7.dylib libssl.0.9.dylib
-If you are asked for your computer password (not a Volume Logic password), enter it and then re-paste the code into Terminal again.
-Close Terminal
-Open iTunes
I ran it, however, and all heck broke loose. The first time I ran it, Volume Logic gave me an error message. So I ran it again. iTunes crashed and refused to reopen. When I tried to report the problem to Apple, the reporter crashed. I tried to ignore that, but the option to report the reporter crashing keep coming up. So I rebooted. Now my iMac won't turn on. I tried a PRAM reset, but no luck either.
