Brother HL-2070N Not Printing in Leopard

My Brother HL-2070N was not working in Leopard, either wirelessly or by ethernet. It kept saying it couldn't open the raster file or something like that. To fix this, download the newest version of Gutenprint for Mac OS X & use the Brother HL-1270N printer instead of the 2070N one. This works now for me.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5)

Or you can use the drivers from the Leopard disc:

I had no problems with this printer under Leopard. I did a clean install not upgrade. My printer is connected by lan to a wifi router.

I had problems after an upgrade too. My 2070N is hardwired to my home network and when I tried to print, it said something like "printing to rasterbrother2030 failed." I reinstalled the Brother drivers from the Leopard disk and it eventually worked.
