can I use a steinberg houston as controller for logic 8 pro ?

2x 3Ghz Quad-Core Intel Xeon, Mac OS X (10.4.10), Motu PCI-424 x

I don't think so - it was a crappy controller for Cubase, which it was designed specifically for.

Certainly there is no native support - if the controller uses MIDI controller data, you could develop some basic control surface functionality, but nothing like a Mackie Control, for example.

If it uses proprietry datat formats, like sysex or something, then it's unlikely to be of much use.
