no discovery - amber blinking LED

My airport extreme blinks amber and the airport utility cant discover it. I have internet access, wireless access but other network devices (mirra backup) don't connect.

Ive hard reset the Airport, rebooted the DSL modem, rebooted the Airport, and rebooted my computer to no avail.
Since the Airport utility doesnt discover the Airport, I'm not able to manually configure the Airport or even see if it reports an error.

Any ideas?????
