Wiki's - Where are they stored on Server?

I want to make sure these get backed up properly.

Where are all the files, attachments, pages get stored on the server?

Is this all stored in MySQL database somewhere??

The index.db files in the groups' folders are just that: indices. The revisions.db files inside each page bundle contain the page's history. Throwing away a page's revisions.db file will result in a loss of page history. Throwing away the group's index.db file, however, is harmless. In fact, we may periodically delete these index files ourselves, in future software updates.

Backing up these flat files wholesale should work fine. Do be aware that we match up group GUIDs as well as names when displaying content; if you set up a group with the same name on a new directory, you will need to edit the group's metadata.plist file with the new GUID.

Thanks for the quick reply, I did find the file. However, the real problem is that I did a fresh install, and wanted to recover the web/wiki files from a backup so I replaced the NEW collaboration folder with the OLD one. Now I think my group GUID's don't match, resulting in a 503 error (service unavailable) when I try to load the site. I was hoping to find a file where the NEW GUID's are stored so I could insert them into the metadata.plist file.

Is this possible, or should I start over? If I should start over with a new install, how do I restore existing group pages?

Thanks for any thoughts on this.

Based on this:
Ensure the groups in LDAP Open Directory are the same Long and short named as in the group data files.
In Workgroup Manager using the Inspector for the Group:
Change each Generated UID (GUID) in LDAP to be the same as the old metadata.plist.
Install the previous Collaboration folder in the new data store location to be used by the web service.
Change the Owner and Permissions of Collaboration and files to
Owner: _teamsserver -rwx, Group: _teamsserver -rwx, Others: -rx.
