Can I Use iiWeb for design and updates only with separate, non-Mac host?

I'll be totally grateful to anyone who can tell me if and how I can accomplish the following . . .
1) Create a site with iWeb but use my own separate host?
2) Make my own domain, parked at NameBargain.com, lead to this site?
3) Do frequent,perhaps even daily, updates to this site -- adding video, blog entries, etc. - using iWeb?
4) Have this site incorporate, or at least link to, a page with my existing shopping cart that has nothing to do with Mac or iWeb?
