How do I get my toolbar back?

I don't know if you technically call it the "toolbar", but the thing on the left side of the arrange window (to the left of the track names) seems to have disappeared, and I haven't been able to figure out how to get it back. Anybody know anything about it?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.4.10)
