1) Only photos take with or synced to your iPhone. No other file types can be saved on the phone, thus no other attachments.

2) No. No multiple recipient SMS, no forwarding SMS and no MMS on the iPhone.

You cannot attach from the mail App but you can for example select a photo from the photo app and if you tap on the bottom left corner button it will give you the option to email it, same with notes
You cannot send messages to multiple contacts
