Transport Monitor could not be launched

I get this error everytime I quit iTunes (Mac).
The application "Transport Monitor" could not be launched because of a shared library error: 6<Transport Monitor><Transport Monitor><Transport Lib<>

G4/dual 1.6, Mac OS X (10.4.10)
