I turned Time Machine Off

After trying it for a few days, I turned it off. It simply slows down my other tasks when it backs up, and well too frequently. Let's face it, when did you accidentally erased a file in the last 5 years? Sure you can set time machine to backup only one folder but is it useful?

I think backing up the whole drive once in a while using superduper or CCC is a better option.
