How to import Tiger Mail to Leopard Mail?

I have a Powerbook G4 running Tiger and just bought a MacBook with Leopard. What should I know about bringing over all my email folders from the old setup?

Powerbook G4, Mac OS X (10.3.x)

You can import your mailboxes onto the MacBook. If you're connected on a network, turn on file sharing on your Tiger box, then connect to it using your MacBook. Make sure you have better than just "Guest" status on your Tiger so you can see the whole computer from the MacBook. On Mail setup for Leopard, enter your first email info til the app launches. Then you can Import Mailboxes, navigate to the Tiger box, Choose Users>[user name]>Library>Mail. Then you can select a Mailboxes folder and import what you want.
