G3 - Crash on OSX Panther Install

Question

G3 - Crash on OSX Panther Install

Okay - I was unaware there were things to be done before trying to install OSX Panther on the old G3. Now, the OSX is installed, but the monitor will not come on at all. Can anyone tell me how to take the G3 back in time and reinstall OS 9 ?

Any help greatly appreciated!

This area is for discussing pre-G3 Macs. Since you have a beige G3 you will want to visit the Older Apple Products > Hardware > Power Mac G3 (Platinum-Beige; Blue & White) > Power Macintosh G3 (Platinum-Beige) > Usage discussion area so that other users of the beige G3 can see your question.
