Apple Studio Display 21" CRT driver

Does anybody know where i can get a driver for Windows XP to use this display correctly?
The worst thing is that i can not enter into the OSD-menue without this driver...

To the best of my knowledge, this display was never designed for Windows use, and no control driver was ever released.

Oddly, I have found that I can -- and do -- use one on an XP machine; I use the video card's control panel (ATI Card) to adjust size, shape and so forth. It works OK -- actually, pretty good -- but I had this display; I wouldn't recommend it as a general rule.
