Does Apple have an email or not?!

Hi, I just want to ask ANYONE here if I can email Apple with a simple question about? I have spent about 40 minutes looking around the website and either they've hidden their email or they don't actually have one. . . . anyone else know?

PC, Windows XP, n/a

Apple doesn't have email tech support. What's your question? Perhaps we can help.

I saw your offer to help and wondered if you could point me in the right direction, I have an ipod nano which I registered with Itunes and downloaded quite a lot. Since that time, about 6 months ago, my laptop has been in the be upgraded and the lovely people wiped everything off it. Itunes is now telling me I am registered on a different store and I do not want to sync the ipod as it will wipe off everything I have. What do I do? Any help you can offer would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

Susie

I went through the same issue a few days ago and could not believe the frustration I felt! Apple, if you read this, more customer service please!!

Also, I did send an e-mail through I-tunes (the only live address I could find) and am including a few refrences they provided (kudos and thanks to Aris!!):

Dear James,

As I understand it you have a one year old "Nano" that will not start. I can certainly understand how this could be disappointing for you.

Unfortunately, your request for assistance has reached iTunes Store Customer Support, which answers nontechnical questions exclusively about billing, customer accounts, downloading purchases, and iTunes Store content.

However, this article may help resolve the issue:

"iPod Manuals"

I found this article for you on the iTunes support website at: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

At that website you will find a wide variety of helpful tutorials, troubleshooting tips, and support information.

To find answers to general questions about iTunes, open iTunes and choose "iTunes Help" from the Help menu.

To post questions and read answers provided by other iTunes users, join the iTunes discussion forum at:

http://discussions.apple.com

To get technical assistance and service information for your iPod, visit:

http://www.apple.com/support/ipod

If you require more in-depth assistance, you will need to call Apple technical support (there may be a fee associated with the call). To find the appropriate phone number, please visit:

It has been my pleasure assisting you, James. Thank you for contacting the iTunes Store. Feel free to respond to this email with any additional questions you may have concerning this issue.

Sincerely,

Aris

I'll take this opportunity to pipe in! (just been searching for an Apple support email)

Just attempted to install the 10.4.11 update... Software Update said it failed, and to recover from trash and run again. Did as I was told and rebooted and the system won't boot! Its just running the Apple logo and the "cog".

I've chimed in on a discussion thread regarding this issue ( http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=5858917#5858917) but if anyone can help that would be great!

Thanks.
