I've gotta agree with that. I have a PT-2700 that I use to create tape labels. Although the software is extremely buggy and I have to trash my preferences repeatedly, the documentation is a joke, and the user interface is inexcusably bad, I have been able to use it to generate labels using data extracted from a PostgreSQL database. Unfortunately, I have come to depend on this solution, and I don't see any other products out there that can replace it.
So this means I'm effectively prohibited from installing and using Leopard until they get off their lazy behinds and update their substandard software! I bought Leopard more than three months ago, and it's just sitting there gathering dust while I wait... and wait... and wait....
Before this happened I was on the verge of buying a Brother multifunction laser printer. I'm not going to do that anytime soon now, and if this goes on much longer it ain't ever happening!
