Add G4/350 to a Beige G3?
G4/350 in a Beige G3?
A friend recently gave me the (original Apple G4/350mHz) processor from a "Yikes" G4 after he upgraded that machine to a faster chip. The only Mac I have that could possibly use this is a Revision 2 Beige G3/266.
Will this processor work in the G3 at all, and how should one address the jumper arrangement issue on the logic board?
