Battle Chess, "Setup se Out of Memory", etc.

When I launch Battle Chess, I used to get a bus error and system error (Error Type 10) and used to have to restart. Now, after upping the memory settings, I get two errors, only once on initial "Setup se Out of Memory" and then repeated "Setup Sql dlt Out of Memory". The memory settings are as folllows

Real RAM: 12 MB
Cache Size: 768K
Virtural Memory: ON with 35MB used for swap.
32-Bit Addressing: ON
RAM Disk: OFF

This is all on a PowerBook Duo 230. It does it both in and out of the dock.
