Getting music from my iPod to my new computer

My pervious computer crashed (the hard drive went bad) and I lost all my music. However, my music is still on my iPod. I have since replaced my computer with a new one. Is there a way to take my music from my iPod and but it back on my new computer? I sure hope so since I have over 2000 songs that I really don't want to lose.

iPodCopy Mac and Windows

Or you could enable disk use on the iPod, copy the song files to the iPod's disk space (hard drive), then connect to computer and copy the files from the iPod disk space to the computer. But you have to enable disk space and move the files to the disk space. You can't just drag them from the iPod.
