Moving pictures form iPhone to my PC

Does anyone knows a way to move pictures taken from iPhone to my PC. It is crazy to email each picture to be able to save on my PC folder. Please let me know if there is a way. Thanks

Not sure on a mac but on a windows PC the iPhone gets recognized as a new device under "my computer" at the very bottom after network drives etc... But only if there are photos in your "camera roll".

All you need to do is click on the iPhone device and you will see the list of photos. You can drag and drop or copy using your prefered method. I like to put them into a folder I have already setup to sync so the pictures get removed from my "camera roll" and added to my "photo library" under the "photos" icon on my iPhone.

A couple things to note:
1. You can only see the iPhone as a device if there are photos in the "camera roll" on the phone.
2. You cannot add anything to the file list when viewing the device in windows explorer.
3. In windows explorer you can copy or delete only. Moving appears to only copy.
4. To delete the photos you can delete them using your iPhone features (slow and tedious) or do a "select all" or "select individuals" in windows explorer and delete after copying them to your computer.
