ERROR:'Active Workspace' is not a valid workspace file

I upgraded to Quicktime 7.3.0 for Tiger using the auto update, now my Indesign CS3 reports "'Active Workspace' is not a valid workspace file. The end of input was not expected." when starting Indesign up. Illustrator CS is working weird also. I could not find a bug report link on your website. Please forward to the correct party.
