Screen Sharing Mute

Hi,

When screen sharing via iChat, the app automatically launches an audio chat simultaneously. I can't find how to mute the audio chat during a screen sharing session, as it doesn't open a separate window for the audio chat. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks,
Ben

The main purpose would be to show someone on your screen or theirs what they should be doing.

I suppose showing a Video this way may need the Audio from the Mic to be cut.
Go to System Preferences > Sound > Input tab and Mute the Volume by Reducing it.

Alternatively get a USB mic with Switch. Or pull any Mic.
Or select a Non Audio source in the Sytem preferences Above like Line In if nothing is attached.
