Touch screen sometimes doesn't work in Safari

I've had this device for 2 weeks, and generally it has been awesome. But the last couple days, I notice that sometimes the touchscreen doesn't work when web surfing. I can bring up web pages, but I can't click on links. If I go to other feature such as video or music, or even the iTunes store, the touch screen works.

Has anybody else had a similar problem?
