How to loop my workflow over and over?

I was reading one of the features of leapord was Automator now allowed you to loop your workflows without using automator loop utility or other tools. Does anyone know how to do this? I have a workflow that does a few actions. The entire workflow takes about 30 minutes, but I want to repeat this workflow over and over for about 12 hours straight or until i exit Automator. I can try copying the tasks over and over, but that seems to bog down automator. Is there anyway I can just tell automator to repeat the workflow, say 200 times or for a period or even infinately for that matter?
