Binocular in Menu Bar?

I suddenly have a small binocular in my menu bar with three options in its drop-down menu:

No administrator
Message to Administrator
Open Sharing...

The first two options are greyed out. I am running as an administrator.

I have no idea where this came from or how to turn it off (which I would like to do.)

Any suggestions?
