I dropped my iPod.

Well, it kind of helps that it has a sillicon protective case on it, but still, I dropped it while it was playing on accident and the headphones came out too. So now one earphone sounds 'buzzy' even though everything is playing fine with no jumps or jerks or skipping. What do I do now?!
