iPhone Earbuds are too big and uncomfortable

I love my iPhone but the earbuds are too big to fit comfortably in my ears. When I work out or do any movement at all the buds fallout which defeats the purpose of listening to music on my iPhone. Does anyone know of any earbuds or headsets that I can buy that work better with the iPhone? I've googled the web and lots of people are having this same problem, but I have yet to find a solution.

I bought these form covers from the Apple store. They cover the ear piece...adding some friction. They stay in my ears.

I use Griffin Earjams. Work great. Inexpensive.

I experienced the same thing and also recommend the Griffin Earjams. I got mine at Radio Shack.

P.S.: If you get the Earjams at a local store, be sure they are the new models with two kinds of mounts in the package, one set for the original iPod earphones and one set for the new style. Some stores still have the old stock which only fit the original earphones.
