Yikes, I cleaned my LCD with 70% Rubbing Alcohol on toilet paper

when you did that, did it change the appearance of your screen? it might be ok, but I wouldn't use the rubbing alcohol or tp again.

I think you would have seen damage already, should be fine. you would see either scratches or a cloudy screen.
I have read that some recommended cleaners contain about 50% isopropyl alcohol and 50% water, so you just used a stronger mixture.
get a soft cloth too.

I think more than anything it might have taken away some of the glossy coating (just a theory). How does it look turned off? If still looks new, I probably wouldn't worry too much 🙂

As someone who has gone through laptops as quickly as you have, a gentler approach might also include using accessories that minimize contact with the unit like a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Less touching means less opportunity for contact with the skin and its oils and less of a compulsion to want to clean the machines surfaces.

Never ever use chemical products on expensive hardware...

I only use a soft microfibre cloth (used for cleaning my glasses) and some hot&moisty breath to get a little condense water on the display. Works like a charm.
