Bad iPhone Screen, great customer service

This morning when I work up my iphone had stopped responding in the upper 4th of the screen. The same problem some had reported on the bottom of their phones. I did all the customary restarts, resets, and restores.No go. So, I took the trip to the Sacramento Apple Store to see what they could do. After a very long wait...my fault for not having an appt...the genius checked it out and gave me a new phone. No hassles, no worries. Just wanted to take a minute to post a positive apple service story..also for those who may develop the same problem, take it back.
