iChat and the Firewall

I have had my provider open all of our ports relating to iChat and still cannot connect any audio, video or the new screen sharing connections. We are using a wireless T1 service. Could that be a problem? I am lost. Anyone have any suggestions?

BTW - Workstations do not have any firewall settings turned on.

Thanks

Ok,

With these and Satellite connections sometimes the modems have a built in latency.

This means when you download or upload something the speed starts off slowly and builds.

For Speed testing purposes this may show the correct max speed you can get.

However for iChat it may reach the max speed too slowly.

Do you notice that when you download the speed gets faster ?
