Casio CTK-671 - Is it compatible?

I was wondering if the Casio CTK-671 was compatible with iMac, in particular with GarageBand. If it is, I'll just get a MIDI to USB interface and use the Casio keyboard.

if you're going to get an interface, then it nothing about the casio matters, other than it having a MIDI connection. you need an interface that's mac compatible.

I found this by googling, I want to get the same keyboard, I don't understand the interface verbiage, will this work? Do I need to purchase anything more to hook this up and use it with GarageBand?
