cd stuck in mid inport

im trying to import a cd into itunes, it got about halfway there, but now its in the same spot for like the las hour. itunes wont eject it because "its in use" and i cant eject it from the finder for the same reason. is there some way i can "force eject" it?? or do i just have to force quit itunes?

this probably occurs because the disk is too badly scratched to import that track. Note which track it was currently importing. Force Quit iTunes. Open iTunes again but this time select the track after the one that stalled and shift-click on the last track on the CD. iTunes will import the tracks it didn't get too. The tracks before the stall should already be in your library. Hope this helps.
