Can I goto apple store if bought elsewhere

You can always make an appointment with the Apple Store's Genius Bar for support with your Apple equipment, they do not care where you purchased it.

Yes, you can. I haven't heard anything otherwise. I bought my MBP instore at CompUSA, and have taken it to the Apple store to get fixed a couple of times now.

Purchase the Apple Service Plan for Notebooks, either from Amazon if they have it, or from Apple's online store, CompUSA, Apple retail store, or pretty much any Apple authorized reseller. It extends your warranty from one year, to three years. Trust me, it's worth it.
