Remove Duplicates?

I accidentally performed a rule that duplicated all of the email in one of my Mailboxes 5 times...is there any way to remove ALL exact duplicates with a function?

Now, if I can just find the preference for Auto-Make Cup of Coffee How I Like It, Mac OS X (10.5)
