4MEM/1/40000000 error
So lately my Mac has been kernel panicking more often than I'd like, so I ran the Apple Hardware Test from my install disc. Sure enough, I got a 4MEM/1/40000000 error about 6 seconds in. I had success after removing one of my two 1GB third-party RAM modules; the test ran again without incident. I switched the remaining module over to the other slot and the test ran again without error. Can I safely assume that the RAM was to blame?
I just want to make sure before I buy more RAM. Or perhaps I should bring my computer in to an Apple Store?
