Bluetooth Keyboard not connecting

Whenever I press caps lock using my BT apple keyboard with vista the connection is lost. It happens every single tme. I have to turn off and on again the keyboard to reestablish communication. My configuration is: alluminum iMac 2.00 Ghz, apple wireless mouse & keyboard, OS X Leopard and Vista Business using boot camp. Also the mouse becomes very unresponsive serveal times a day also when using vista.. No problems under OS X yet.

I've read this is a common problem, when will it be fixed?

I am having the same problem - New iMac running Leopard; installed Windows XP using Boot Camp Assistant; paired up the wireless keyboard and mouse; keyboard keeps crashing; Always crashes when I use the caps lock key; Mouse is a little more stable, but not reliable. When I run XP I have to hook up my USB keyboard and mouse

I have this same exact problem when using caps lock on my wireless keyboard in Windows XP mode. The keyboard effectively freezes up. It usually comes back after 60 seconds but uncontrollably repeats the last character I tapped at least 50 times.

Sounds like a bug in the drivers available for Apple hardware in Windows. I hope a patch is developed soon.

Ridergroov, you may need to repeat your attempt to connect your keyboard several times. I had to repeat five times before it recognized, but now it's always recognized. Remember to tap a key repeatedly while Windows is searching for Bluetooth devices.
