Sound but no video in QTP

I've asked this in the Safari group but no one seems to have heard of it. When I try to play a QT movie in Safari I get the sound just fine but no video. This happened on the previous versions of QT, OS 10.4 and the previous version of Safari. QT movies play just fine in Firefox so I assume the QT plugin is fine, any clues?

Open the HD/Library/Internet Plug-Ins folder and drag the QuickTime Plugin. webplugin to your Desktop.
Quit and relaunch Safari and try the page again.
