Timecode burn (BITC) questions

😉

I'm not an FCP user, but I'm working with an editor who hasn't had to provide a final cut of a film with a continuous/contiguous BITC stripe for a composer before (me being the composer). So I'm just wondering... can FCP by itself (i.e., without need for any 3rd party plugs) output a QT movie file that:

1. starts with academy leader

2. has a contiguous timecode burn from the start of the leader

3. displays a timecode count adjusted so that first picture is at 01:00:00:00 (meaning the t/c in the leader would be at 00:59:52:00)?

PPC Quad G5, 6G RAM, LP8 (testing) and it's definitely 8.0.0, innit?, Mac OS X (10.4.9), Now wipe that smirk off your bill, duckboy!
