QT PRO PC vs. MAC - do I have to buy again?

I had previously purchased QT PRO and the MPEG-2 Playback from APPLE.COM (received via download. Now I just bought a new Mac Pro Tower and I realized as that those two downloads are WINDOWS VERSIONS and the codes don't work to upgrade by mac QT to pro (or to playback MPEG 2).
Do I have to buy these again? (this seems unfair) - Has anyone run into this? I no longer use the PC for these purposes and would be happy to 'trade out' my pc codes for mac ones (but Im sure this isn't possible) - just seems kind of ridonculous to have to buy these things (again) especially after all the big bucks I shelled out for the mac pro tower
