Cannot Find iTunes Library

My little sister opened iTunes today while I was gone and it came up with a dialog box that said something like, "iTunes cannot find a library. Would you like to choose one?" She clicked search and clicked the 2007 previous library. When it opened, however, it was a different library. I am missing several files and playlists. Is there any way to fix it? She tried restarting the computer.
