HP Photosmart C4280 + Airport Extreme

Is there a way to get the built-in card reader (on printer) to work with base station?

Unfortunately, if you plug a USB printer into either an AP Extreme or Express for use on the network, you will only have printing capabilities. I don't believe the C4280 has an ethernet port, if it did, then you could go that route for full functionality. So you will need to connect it directly to a computer or just not access the other features like memory cards.

The C4280 does NOT have an ethernet port. I have run into the same problem. I have not played this game yet because my Airport extreme just arrived tonight, but I believe that all of the features are accessible if it is connected directly to a computer and shared; however, the printer will not be available when the computer is in standby. I am going to test this out tomorrow.

I doubt this will help, but HP's C6180 and C6280 support full functionality on a network.
