Citrix on Mac

Hi
I recently switched to MacBook Pro and having trouble logging into my work server using Citrix.
I get this message:
"The archives required to make an SSL connection are not available. Please contact your MetaFrame administrator."
Can anyone help me figure out how to get past this?

Are you using Mac OS X or windows ?

Thanks for the advice.
I'm using OS X. It appears that it may have something to do with our bank internal systems - I can open Citrix and see the relevant applications in the Citrix window, but when I double click I get the following message:
"The archives required to make an SSL connection are not available.
Please contact your MetaFrame administrator."
Someone suggested I use a 3rd party service that allows me to run PC programs in parallel.
Any other ideas?

Do you run citrix via the citrix client for Mac OS X or via java inside Safari (watch the Link in my previous post to differ between both versions)?

I have been trying via Safari/Java (that is similar to the method I used on PC). I have yet to use Citrix on my MacBook Pro. Should I adjust some of the settings per the instructions on the link you provided?

My IT support continues to think it is the company server settings that prevent Mac access.

If Java, Javascript and Plugins are enabled that should work!

I get to the same place and the same answer. I get the company Citrix window with the applications listed. Then when I click on the application, this same message pops up:

"The archives required to make an SSL connection are not available. Please contact your Metaframe adminstrator."

Maybe the administrator has to enable the access via Java ! But I think that topic should be discussed in an Citrix community, because Apple can not fix that !

Hi

I had the same problem connecting to my work server via Safari/Citrix.

However I downloaded Firefox and I am able to connect without problem when launching the connection via firefox instead of Safari.

I have had this issue.. the recommendation was install citrix on your O/s and then download firefox for mac and then use citrix
