How to limit download speed?

Hello,

Just wondering if there is any way to limit the download speed on safari as i am hogging all the bandwith! I dont want to pay for speed download and dont like igetter as the speed limit doesnt seem to work on that. Any other suggestions or fixes?

From your post you would appear to be on a network (home)? Using a router? If that's the case your router may have an option to restrict bandwidth to selected ports and/or MAC addresses. Check the documentation for the router.
