PC to MAC

I built my own computer and was wondering if I can put an MAC OS on it. It has an intel Celeron 2.3g and an AGP Nvidia 128mb Graphics card and a 1.5G of RAM

No, Apple software only runs on Apple machines, by license and by design.

The most from apple you could put on there is the Darwin core that makes up Mac OS X, to run Apple's OS you'd have to have the proper enabling chips on the motherboard (or wherever they are).
