'Disk Error, press any key to restart' black screen everytime i restart

Help! Please, how do i boot back into leopard. Everytime i restart my macbook pro i get that error message after trying to install windows xp sp2. is there a hard reset back into Mac OS X? I hope so.. Im kinda freaking out

mac book pro 2.2 ghz, Mac OS X (10.5.1)

ps. ive tried putting in the leapord installation disk, and the windows disk, and i still get this screen.

Hold down the Option key when you reboot - this gives you a choice of startup disks.

I also had this problem, you have to format your partition within the xp install before you go through with it, I did a quick format for FAT32, this fixed the disk error issue
