Does any college have policies and procedures for faculty to use its iTunes U?

When should files be removed? Removed by whom?
How do you make sure faculty uploading files with right format and appropriate size?
Any recommended file size beside smaller than 500MB?
Any recommended duration for audio and video files?
Others?
