Please Help. I have two problems.

1. Each time I go to synced a song onto my iPod it give me an error (after trying to synced the song) saying "The iPod "Sira's iPod" cannot be synced. The required disk cannot be found."
I have no idea what this means. Please help.
2. Also when I turn my iPod on it flases 'green-orange-green-orange-green-orange' in that order and amount of times. I dont know what this means either.
